Services Performed
- Inspected and Found – We found no communication to the PCM. There was a blown 20A fuse for the PCM. We replaced it and now the vehicle starts. The ignition lock cylinder feels very crunchy and it will need to be replaced. Neither battery will charge, and come up as replace on the tester. We also found a blown fuse for the TCM and replaced it. We installed a tester battery and now have communication with the TCM and PCM. The vehicle starts and runs, but will not move when put in gear and there is a code of P0701 (Transmission Control System Range/Performance). We will need more diagnosis time to find the fault causing this code. With further inspection we found that there is no line pressure in the transmission. The transmission and transfer case appear to have been recently replaced. This may be covered by warranty with the original installer.
