- Inspected and Found – We found codes B1045 (Panel Mode Door 1 Travel Range Too Large) and B104B (Floor/Defrost Mode Door Travel Too Large). Through the use of a mirror, we can see one of the actuators move, and the other one does not. There is no access to the actuators without removing the whole dash. We suspect that there is a broken door in the heater box, but may just need actuators. Recommend replacing all 3.
