2012 Chevrolet Sonic
Mileage157,836Service Date11/4/2024Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We found the coolant level was slightly low, but after topping off, found no flow through the heater or radiator, indicating a possible issue with the water pump. When we removed the water pump, we did not find an impeller issue, but did find signs of it leaking, and have replaced it due to that issue. With no signs of the water pump causing the lack of flow issue, we believe a stuck-closed thermostat is the next possible cause, and recommend having it replaced. We also found that the radiator is leaking and will also need to be replaced. The customer has declined any further repair at this time, and we have only filled the system with water due to the radiator leak. With only water in the cooling system, there is no freeze protection and recommend flushing with coolant as soon as possible, otherwise engine damage could occur.
- WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – LT,LTZ,1.8L Eng

2006 Chevrolet Silverado
Mileage287,425Service Date9/23/2024Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We found codes P0101 (MAF Sensor Performance), P0540 (Intake Heater Circuit), P0038 (Turbo Control Position Not Learned), P0405 (EGR), P0674, P0676, and P0678 (Glow Plug Cylinders 4,6, & 8). Codes P0101, P0540, P003A, and P0405 all reset after clearing. Code P003A: All of the circuits and signals test good. Diagnosis leads to replacement of the turbo. This could also cause the smoking and code P0101. The engine temperature fluctuates a lot. The temperature difference across the radiator is too high. We suspect a restricted radiator, but the fluctuation is consistent with what we have seen from aftermarket thermostats. Recommend starting with OE thermostats, but if the problem persists, then it will need a new radiator.
- Inspected & Found – The transfer case rear output seal is leaking. All of the other vehicle fluids, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. Front and rear brakes are all at about 70% remaining.

2005 Honda CR-V
Mileage294,267Service Date9/9/2024Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The parking brake shoes are too far out of adjustment and will need to be re-adjusted correctly. We cannot feel any sort of stumble while the engine is idling at this time, and will need this issue to become more consistent before we can diagnose properly. We found the compressor clutch coil has failed and will need the whole compressor replaced due to the coil not being a serviceable part.

- FUEL RAIL FEED PIPE – Repair
- Power Steering Flush
- A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]

2017 Chevrolet Equinox
Mileage196,956Service Date8/23/2024Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We found codes P0030, P0053, and P0135. These are all upstream O2 sensor heater circuit codes. The PCM expects to see active O2 sensor readings within a certain time frame. Due to the heater circuit not functioning correctly, the PCM is not getting accurate readings in the expected time frame, and reacts to inaccurate readings, causing the engine to die. It restarts back up and will continue the cycle until the accurate readings are detected. It will need a new upstream O2 sensor to correct this issue.
- OXYGEN SENSOR – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 – Upstream
