    • Inspected and Found – We found the A/C system is low, in refrigerant, due to a leak at the low-side service port. We will need to replace all of the service ports, caps, and recharge the system to correct this issue.
    • Evacuate and Re-charge A/C system R134-A
    • Inspected & Found – All of the vehicle fluids, tune-up items, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 40% remaining. The rear brakes have approx. 50% remaining. The passenger side high beam is burnt out and will need to be replaced. Due to being an aftermarket LED bulb, we recommend replacing both sides at the same time.

    • INTAKE MANIFOLD – Remove & Replace – V8, 4.7L Eng
    • Multiple bolts broke when removing ignition coils. Had to remove intake to extract broken intake manifold bolts. Also two EGR mounting bolts broke. Vehicle has excessive corrosion on frame and engine. Fuel injectors were rusting from inside plastic casings and must also be replaced. Fuel line elbow at fuel rail is rusted and started leaking.
    • Repair Fuel Line
    • Inspected & Found – Both rear tail light housings are broken and will need to be replaced. During our test drive, we could hear something from the rear of the vehicle that sounds like it's full of gravel. We have verified the rear differential is full and did not find any play in the pinion or wheel bearings. The brake light is flashing and will need further diagnosis time to determine the cause.

    • Inspected and Found – We found codes B1045 (Panel Mode Door 1 Travel Range Too Large) and B104B (Floor/Defrost Mode Door Travel Too Large). Through the use of a mirror, we can see one of the actuators move, and the other one does not. There is no access to the actuators without removing the whole dash. We suspect that there is a broken door in the heater box, but may just need actuators. Recommend replacing all 3.

    • Evacuate and Re-charge A/C system R134-A

    • Inspected and Found – We did not hear the noise on the test drive, however, the front bakes are down to about 10-15%. They are wearing even, so as long as the caliper pistons push back in smoothly, it will only need new pads and rotors. Rear brakes are at about 50% remaining.
