Inspected & Found – All of the vehicle fluids, tune up items, belt, and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 80%. Rear brakes are at about 60%. The TPMS light flashes indicating that there is a sensor failure. All of the tires are OK. This would need to be addressed by a tire shop.

Inspected and Found – We found that the charcoal canister is clear, as well as the vent hose. We found that we can push air into the tank through the vent hose but pressure won't come back out. We suspect a bad roll over valve in the fuel pump module. Recommend a new fuel pump assembly. The only leak found is a minor leak at the timing cover. No brake fluid leaks found. The brake fluid is at the max full mark. The right front inner brake pad is just starting to touch metal to metal. The left front brakes are at about 20-25% remaining. It will need new calipers, pads, and rotors, as well as a brake fluid flush.

Inspected and Found – The vehicle runs well, but it does have transmission issues. We found codes P0776 (Pressure Control Solenoid B Performance), P0793 (Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor A No Signal), and P2714 (Pressure Control Solenoid D Performance). The P0793 does reset on the test drive. We tested and found the sensor resistance is within specifications, and all of the wiring harness circuits are OK. We then scoped the sensor signal and saw that the signal would drop out intermittently. Recommend replacing with an OE replacement sensor. The other 2 codes have not reset for us at this time, however, would need further diagnosis if they reset in the future.

AXLE SHAFT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – FWD Left Side
Inspected & Found – All of the vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The tune up items may be due for service depending on when they were last replaced. The belt and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes have very uneven wear with the left front down to about 2% remaining and the right front at about 25% remaining. Rear brakes are at about 40% remaining. The left front outer CV boot is starting to crack and is leaking grease. Recommend replacing.

Inspected and Found – The vehicle may be due for an oil change. The transmission fluid is starting to get dark. The valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals are starting to leak. Recommend replacing. The coolant was a bit low due to the water pump leaking slightly. The front crankshaft seal is also starting to leak a little with no drips yet. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The spark plugs are OK at this point, but may be affected if the leaking valve cover gasket and tube seals are not addressed. The belt is showing wear and would be replaced with the front crankshaft seal. The coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 70% remaining. Rear brakes are at about 10-15% remaining. There is heavy battery terminal corrosion. Recommend a new battery, positive battery terminal replacement, and replacement of the negative battery cable. The maintenance required light is on. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System light is on. Check Engine Light is on with a code of P0420 (Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold). We cleared the code.
