Both tests passed. We set the Cam/Crank Correlation to what it should be and the codes are still being set. We suspect that the timing chain has become stretched.

The vehicle has a blown head gasket. With the current vehicle mileage, and unknown maintenance records, we would not be willing to do a head gasket job on the vehicle.

2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty

- Inspected & Found – The drain plug was previously over-tightened and the threads were stretched. We replaced the drain plug. The upper oil pan is just starting to leak a little. There are no drips hanging, just dampness at this time. The power steering fluid is starting to get dark. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The air filter is OK. The fuel filter may be due for service, depending on when it was last done. The belt and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 70% remaining. Rear brakes are at about 20% remaining. The batteries appear to be original to the truck. The driver side tests marginal at 80%. The passenger side test poor at 62%. Recommend replacing both batteries at the same time.

2017 Toyota Yaris iA

The battery is leaking around the negative battery terminal.

The air filter is dirty and should be replaced. The exhaust VVT (Variable Valve Timing) solenoid seal is leaking. The tires are worn down and should be replaced before the winter season sets in.
