2009 Dodge Challenger
Mileage35,687Service Date4/23/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – Found code P2138-Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APP) 1/2 correlation stored in PCM memory. Cleared code and drove vehicle which never acted up for us. Tested APP and related circuits and found them all intact and signals correct. While watching scan data we could see APP 2 signal drop out intermittently but the drop out was not present on the lab scope which was backprobed into the PCM connector. Found an aftermarket device that was piggybacked into the APP connector. After removing this device the drop out did not seem as bad. Drove vehicle again with no codes or problems occurring. Recommend leaving the aftermarket device unhooked and see if the problem occurs again. If it does then the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) will likely need to be replaced.
- Lube, Oil, Filter
- Tire Rotation w/LOF
- Inspected & Found – Front brakes have approximately 70% remaining and rear has 80%. All fluids are in good condition at this time but the coolant and brake fluids are due for service by vehicle age. Spark plugs are due for replacement according to manufacturer specifications. Serpentine belt and cooling system hoses are also in good condition.

2013 RAM 1500
Mileage123,602Service Date5/7/2025Services Performed- Inspected and found – Found code P0750-low/reverse solenoid circuit was stored in the transmission control module (TCM). The code was not a current code and the problem was not occurring. Drove vehicle and transmission was working fine but the engine stalled while driving. Got vehicle pulled to side of road and it restarted and drove back to shop were we found no codes in the TCM but there were codes stored in multiple other modules that said lost communication with ECM/TCM. Tested related voltage supplies and ground circuits which were all OK. At this point the vehicle went back to working normally for several more drives. Drove vehicle several times trying to verify all circuits to TCM were intact and they always tested good. During all the driving there were two other codes that would set occasionally. P0202-injector #2 circuit fault and P0303-injector #3 circuit fault. These codes only set one time each. Ultimately we found a TCM connector that had been incorrectly assembled that had moisture and corrosion in it. Cleaned connections and re-assembled properly and the problem occurred again fairly quickly. Will need new ECM/TCM to resolve the problem. After replacing the module everything is working properly.

2012 Chevrolet Equinox
Mileage219,013Service Date4/21/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The main noise was a result of the driveline center support bearing fasteners needing to be re-torqued to specifications. After doing this, the main noise is gone. There is still a slight clunk from the rear of the vehicle just as it comes to a stop. This is likely from a shock bushing, or another bushing, but can not pinpoint it at this time. It will need to develop to verify and remedy this. There is also a slight shake above 50mph. Recommend having the tires re-balanced.

2015 Chevrolet Sonic
Mileage161,026Service Date4/16/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The window regulator was removed before arrival. The regulator appears to have been ran all the way down after removal, and has kinked the cable. The initial failure of the window was the window switch. The front sway bar end links are very worn out, likely causing the clunking noise that is being heard. Recommend replacing them. Also recommend taking the vehicle to an alignment shop to check for damage.
- WINDOW REGULATOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,Power Windows,Each
- STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – Both
- TAIL LAMP ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Passenger Side
- Inspected & Found – All of the vehicle fluids, tune up items, belts and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 20%. Rear brakes are at about 70%. We replaced the right taillight assembly due to being broken. The left taillight should also be replaced but was not available at this time. The reverse light was full of water, so we drilled a small drain hole.

2018 Dodge Grand Caravan
Mileage203,542Service Date4/16/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We found codes P0420 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1), P06DD (Engine Oil Pressure Control Circuit Stuck Off), & P0128 (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature). Replacing the thermostat will take care of P0128. P06DD refers to a faulty oil pressure sensor. This sensor is located in the engine oil cooler. The engine oil cooler assembly is leaking, and recommend replace both items at the same time. Cylinder #4 is misfiring. We will be able to diagnose this when the oil cooler is replaced. The code P0420 refers to a faulty bank 1 catalytic converter, which will need to be replaced, but don't recommend addressing until the other items are taken care of.
- Inspected & Found – The brake and power steering fluids are very dark and should be serviced. The belt is showing signs of wear. A tune-up may be due based off of mileage. All of the other vehicle fluids and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 50% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 20% remaining The transmission cooler lines are leaking onto the transmission and will need to replaced.
