2005 Dodge Pickup

- Multiple bolts broke when removing ignition coils. Had to remove intake to extract broken intake manifold bolts. Also two EGR mounting bolts broke. Vehicle has excessive corrosion on frame and engine. Fuel injectors were rusting from inside plastic casings and must also be replaced. Fuel line elbow at fuel rail is rusted and started leaking.

- Inspected & Found – Both rear tail light housings are broken and will need to be replaced. During our test drive, we could hear something from the rear of the vehicle that sounds like it's full of gravel. We have verified the rear differential is full and did not find any play in the pinion or wheel bearings. The brake light is flashing and will need further diagnosis time to determine the cause.

2016 Chevrolet Equinox
Mileage228,035Service Date3/20/2026Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The clunk in the front end is the front sway bar end links. We did not hear a whining noise at this time. The fan blows only cold air. The temperature actuator is moving. We removed the actuator and found that the temperature blend door is broken. Due to having to disassemble the heater box, we recommend replacing the heater blend door, evaporator and heater cores, and the recirculation door actuator.
- STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – Both
- Inspected & Found – The engine oil is 1 quart low. The transmission fluid is getting dark and should be serviced. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The tune up items may be due for replacement, depending on when they were last serviced. The belt and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front and rear brakes are all at about 90% remaining. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System light is flashing indicating a sensor failure. The front tires are bald and the rear tires are very close to being bald as well. This is an All Wheel Drive vehicle and will need all 4 tires to be replaced at the same time.

2006 Chevrolet HHR

After installing the new TCM, we now had communication with it, but the vehicle would die when put in to gear. We programmed the new TCM and now the vehicle starts, runs, and drives as it should.

2008 Dodge Pickup
Mileage166,862Service Date3/4/2026Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We found codes B1045 (Panel Mode Door 1 Travel Range Too Large) and B104B (Floor/Defrost Mode Door Travel Too Large). Through the use of a mirror, we can see one of the actuators move, and the other one does not. There is no access to the actuators without removing the whole dash. We suspect that there is a broken door in the heater box, but may just need actuators. Recommend replacing all 3.
