Mileage107,312Service Date6/26/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – Vehicle is running normal today but we did find codes stored. P0316-misfire on startup and P090C-clutch actuator motor "B" circuit low. No codes reset and engine and transmission are working properly. All wiring and connectors look to be in good condition. Suspect the clutch actuator motor is failing but we are not able to prove it because the problem is not occurring. Customer chose to replace actuator motor at this time. Misfire on startup is likely due to worn spark plugs which we replaced as well.

Mileage94,446Service Date6/27/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The vibration is due to worn tires. The rear tires have a lot of cupping type wear. Recommend replacing the shocks/struts when the tires get replaced. The rear tires are almost wore out on the inside edges. We tested and found that the park brake switch is good. The brake level switch is also good. The issue with the red brake light is in the instrument cluster. The cluster would need to be removed and sent in for repair.
- Lube, Oil, Filter
- BRAKE PADS – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both Sides
- Inspected & Found – The transmission fluid is getting dark. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The tune up items are due for replacement at 100K miles. 2008 Toyota Sienna
Mileage212,543Service Date6/25/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The only light on the dash was a flashing maintenance light, which is indicating that it is due for an oil change. The oil leak is coming from a rubber hose section of the VVT oil feed pipe. We will need to replace this pipe to correct this issue.
- VARIABLE VALVE TIMING OIL PIPE – Remove & Replace – Right Bank
- Lube, Oil, Filter
- Inspected & Found – The transmission fluid is getting dark and should be serviced in the near future. The tune-up items and belt are showing wear. Mileage193,747Service Date6/24/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – The A/C on initial testing was putting out 47°F air from the vents. While this is cool, it is not as cold as it should be. We verified that the viscous fan clutch is working as it should. The system charge was less than half of what it should be. We performed an evacuation and recharge of the system. It passed the leak test at this time. Afterwards, we retested the air temperature at the vents and found it to be 40°F.

2004 Saturn Ion 2
Mileage64,722Service Date6/10/2025Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We test drove the vehicle twice and the engine never cut out. The idle does go high after driving for awhile. It drops back to normal if the engine is shut off and restarted. The TPS signal is erratic at times. The high idle happens because of minimum TPS changes. We suspect the TPS is causing the problem that is being experienced, however, we are not able to duplicate the issue at this time to verify. The customer has elected to replace the TPS at this time.
