Mileage166,862Service Date3/4/2026Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We found codes B1045 (Panel Mode Door 1 Travel Range Too Large) and B104B (Floor/Defrost Mode Door Travel Too Large). Through the use of a mirror, we can see one of the actuators move, and the other one does not. There is no access to the actuators without removing the whole dash. We suspect that there is a broken door in the heater box, but may just need actuators. Recommend replacing all 3.

2012 Ford Pickup
Mileage201,299Service Date2/23/2026Services Performed- Inspected and Found – We did not hear any whipping noise, but did notice a bearing noise above 20mph. The right front wheel bearing is noisy. Recommend a new wheel bearing and integrated wheel end to correct this issue. We also found the ABS and Traction Control lights on. We found codes C116A (Pressure Transducer/Brake Switch Mismatch), C1440 (Pressure Difference Between Brake Circuits), and C1963 (Stability Inhibit Warning). This will likely need an ABS Control Module to correct these issues.
