- Inspected and Found – The heater and wipers are working as they should at this time. We found 5 ohms of resistance in the ground for the blower motor resistor. We suspect the blower motor resistor is intermittently failing. The intermittent starting issue is due to the starter being week and slipping out of the ring gear. The starting is failing.
- STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 5.0L Eng
- Inspected & Found – The transmission fluid is getting dark. The coolant is low due to a leaking upper radiator hose. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The tune up items, belts, and coolant hoses are showing signs of wear. The front brakes are at about 40%. The rear brakes are at about 30%.
