- Inspected and Found – It appears the power steering pump has been previously replaced and the pulley was pushed on slightly too far. We corrected this issue and replaced the belt and tensioner under warranty. During the procedure, we also put in new thermostats as we needed to make sure they properly seal. The charge pipe to the Y pipe had a mounting ear break off. This appeared to be previously cracked and broke the rest of the way when tightening.
