- Inspected and Found – The vehicle cranked over with a battery jump-box hooked up to the battery. We found the alternator was producing the correct amount of charging voltage at 14.8V while idling. We then tested the battery and found it was failing at 25% and recommend replacing at this time. We found the oil pan drain plug was not all the way tightened down and causing a slight leak. We also noticed oil spillage around the oil cap area that was flowing down the rear of the engine.
- Brake Flush
- Inspected & Found – The brake fluid is getting dark and should be serviced in the near future. All of the other vehicle fluids, tune-up items, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 75% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 50% remaining The air filter is dirty and will need to be replaced.
