    • Inspected and Found – We did not experience an oil message at this time. The oil level was 2 quarts low, so the message may have been low engine oil level. The vehicle smoked at start up twice, but not while driving down the road. This is indicative of bad valve stem seals and/or valve guides. Recommend removing the cylinder heads and having the valve guides and seals replaced, and the valves machined/replaced as needed.

    • It will shut off when you open the passenger door. Sometimes it won't work for months, then it will start working again. Inspected and Found – The passenger side was not acting up at this time. The driver side door switch is still testing good at this time. We traced the circuit back and found a spread terminal in the plug of the drivers door module. We were able to adjust the pin and get good contact again. All functions are working properly at this time.

    • Inspected and Found – It appears the power steering pump has been previously replaced and the pulley was pushed on slightly too far. We corrected this issue and replaced the belt and tensioner under warranty. During the procedure, we also put in new thermostats as we needed to make sure they properly seal. The charge pipe to the Y pipe had a mounting ear break off. This appeared to be previously cracked and broke the rest of the way when tightening.
