    • Inspected and Found – We found both rear park brake shoes will need to be replaced due to being covered with differential fluid from the wheel seals leaking.
    • PARKING BRAKE SHOE & LINING – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty Rear,Both Sides,Full Floating Axle,Outboard Mounted Rotor – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings.] – [Includes: Replace Rear Disc Brake Pads (if necessary) and clean, lube and/or
    • Inspected & Found – The transfer case fluid is getting dark and should be serviced in the near future. All of the other vehicle fluids, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 80% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 60% remaining We found the oil level is very low due to all of the current oil leaks. Code P0671, referring to the #1 glow plug that will need further diagnosis. And the steering gear box has some internal play that will eventually need replaced.

    • Inspected & Found – The transfer case fluid is very dark and should be serviced when the transmission fluid is also serviced at the next oil change. The coolant and tune-up items are due for service at 100k miles. All of the other vehicle fluids, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 70% remaining The rear brakes are starting to wear unevenly. The inner pad has approx. 60% remaining while the outer pads has approx. 40% remaining. We recommend replacing the rear pads, rotors, and calipers when the rear brakes are addressed.

    • Inspected and Found – We found the ECM was getting no Camshaft Position Sensor signal. We checked the Camshaft Position Sensor circuits and found them to be good and intact. We tested the Camshaft Position Sensor and found that it wasn't picking up the signal as it should. We replaced it with a new OE part and the vehicle starts, runs, and drives as it should now.

    • Inspected and Found – The heater and wipers are working as they should at this time. We found 5 ohms of resistance in the ground for the blower motor resistor. We suspect the blower motor resistor is intermittently failing. The intermittent starting issue is due to the starter being week and slipping out of the ring gear. The starting is failing.
    • STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 5.0L Eng
    • Inspected & Found – The transmission fluid is getting dark. The coolant is low due to a leaking upper radiator hose. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The tune up items, belts, and coolant hoses are showing signs of wear. The front brakes are at about 40%. The rear brakes are at about 30%.
