Inspected and Found – We found transmission code P07A3 (Transmission Element "A" Stuck On). We then performed a vehicle clutch test, and everything passed expect the clutch portion. We also tried a re-learn procedure, due to the vehicle shifting poorly from 1st to 2nd gear, but did not see an improvement. At this time, we recommend replacing the dual-clutch assembly to take care of the current issues.

Inspected & Found – The brake fluid is getting dark and should be serviced in the near future. All of the other vehicle fluids, tune-up items, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 90% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 20% remaining The air filter was very dirty and we performed a cleaning service. The check engine light was on with code P0456 (EVAP System Very small Leak), as well as a "Gas Cap" message on the information center. We could hear an exhaust leak at the passenger side exhaust manifold.

Inspected and Found – We found the battery was completely dead, and after charging, tested poorly at 30%. After some testing, we found the PCM was disabling the starting system due to having an incorrect security key. With the correct key, the vehicle now starts and runs as it should.

Inspected & Found – The transmission and power steering fluids are getting dark. The coolant is cloudy with particulates floating in it. These fluids should be serviced. The oil pan is leaking as well. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The tune up items, and belts are in poor condition. The coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 60%. Rear brakes are at about 40%.

Inspected and found – We found codes U010C (Lost communication with turbo control module), P00AF (Turbo boost control module performance), P003A (Turbo boost module position exceeds max limit), and P0868 (Line pressure low). We cleared the codes and the P00AF and P003A returned. The engine is lacking boost. The Variable Geometry Turbo is sticking at times. All circuits test OK. It will likely need the turbo replaced, however, we also found the air filter is collapsed due to restriction, as well as the intake hose was collapsed and torn. We recommend replacing the air filter and intake hose, then retesting the turbo. The transmission fluid was 1.5 quarts low. We topped it off.
Inspected & Found – We transmission fluid was low with no obvious signs of leaking. The transfer case fluid is starting to get dark. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The fuel filters may be due for replacement, depending on when it was last done. The belt and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 80%. Rear brakes are at about 30%.

Inspected and Found – We found the passenger side headlight was burnt out and the driver's side was missing. After replacing both bulbs, they are working as they should. The drivers side headlight housing cap is missing and will need to be replaced to keep water from getting inside.

Inspected and Found – We found code B1054 (Drivers Air Bag Open). Will need to remove the driver side air bag to diagnose further. Upon removal of the driver side air bag, we were able to clear the code and duplicate resetting it by turning the steering wheel 3 separate times. This is indicative of a failed air bag clock spring. We will need to replace the clockspring and check further.

Inspected and Found – We did not experience an oil message at this time. The oil level was 2 quarts low, so the message may have been low engine oil level. The vehicle smoked at start up twice, but not while driving down the road. This is indicative of bad valve stem seals and/or valve guides. Recommend removing the cylinder heads and having the valve guides and seals replaced, and the valves machined/replaced as needed.
