    • Inspected and Found – The front motor mount is loose and making a metallic rattle sound. It will need a new motor mount to correct this. All of the lights on the rear, except the license plate lights are working. We replaced the license plate light bulbs and they are working now. We didn't experience any dimming of the instrument panel lights at this time.

    • Inspected & Found – The brake fluid is very dark and will need flushed when the brakes are replaced. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. The belt is showing signs of wear. The tune up items and coolant hoses are in good condition. Front brakes are at about 40%. Rear brakes are at about 20%.

    • Inspected and Found – We found and cleared codes P0300 (Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected) and P1800 (VIAS Control Solenoid Valve). Code P0300 returned due to cylinder 4 misfiring continuously from the spark plug having a heavy amount of oil ash deposit on it. We recommend replacing the spark plugs, but may need to replace the valve covers as well if we find oil down in the spark plug tubes, from failed valve cover tube seals.

    • Inspected & Found – A transmission flush may be due by mileage if one has never been done before. All of the other vehicle fluids, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 30% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 50% remaining

    • Inspected and found – We found the rear pinion nut to have been slightly backed off, causing the clunking noise. We applied thread-lock and re-set the preload on the pinion bearing.
    • KICKDOWN BAND – Adjustment – 4WD – Includes Transmission Flush
    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – Diesel Engine
    • Inspected & Found – The transmission shifts soft into 2nd gear due to the brands being out of adjustment and the fluid being dark. We recommend flushing the fluid, replacing the filter, and tightening the bands to take care of this issue. All of the other vehicle fluids, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 15% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 25% remaining The fuel filter may be due if it has never been replaced before. The steering wheel does not return-to-center due to the gear box beginning to fail and will need to be replaced. The ball joints have some slight play at this time. There is a growling noise coming from the front tires being cupped, due to failed shocks.

    • Inspected and Found – We found codes P0130 (O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1), P0150 (O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1), and P115E (Throttle Acuator Control Assembly At Max Limit). Both upstream O2 sensors have failed and will need to be replaced. Code P115E cleared and did not return for us.

    • Inspected & Found – The power steering fluid is very dark and should be serviced. The transmission fluid is getting dark and should be serviced in the near future. All of the vehicle fluids, tune-up items, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 90% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 30% remaining The battery terminals have corrosion build-up and should be serviced. The valve cover gaskets and power steering pressure hose are both leaking. The blower motor only works on the highest 2 speeds and will need farther diagnosis to determine why the other speeds aren't working.
