Inspected and Found – We found codes P0130 (O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1), P0150 (O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1), and P115E (Throttle Acuator Control Assembly At Max Limit). Both upstream O2 sensors have failed and will need to be replaced. Code P115E cleared and did not return for us.

Inspected & Found – The power steering fluid is very dark and should be serviced. The transmission fluid is getting dark and should be serviced in the near future. All of the vehicle fluids, tune-up items, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. The front brakes have approx. 90% remaining The rear brakes have approx. 30% remaining The battery terminals have corrosion build-up and should be serviced. The valve cover gaskets and power steering pressure hose are both leaking. The blower motor only works on the highest 2 speeds and will need farther diagnosis to determine why the other speeds aren't working.

Inspected and Found – The tires are worn out on the inside edges. We could not duplicate the noise. All of the brakes are at 60% or better. The only noise we hear was from a can of spray paint in the back. The turn signals do not self cancel. This is likely due to a faulty turn signal switch.

Inspected and Found – We found several throttle body codes and cleared them. Code P2110 returned. We inspected the throttle body and found the intake bellows had been removed from the throttle body. We then found insulation from the battery in the throttle body. We removed the insulation that was wrapped up in the throttle body shaft, cleared the code again and it does not return. The engine oil cooler is leaking oil in the engine valley.
Inspected & Found – The transmission and power steering fluids are getting dark. The torque converter has some shuddering. Recommend starting with a transmission service, however, there is no guarantee that this will fix this issue. The engine oil cooler is leaking onto the intake valley. All of the other vehicle fluids are full and in good condition. All of the tune up items, belts, and coolant hoses are in good condition at this time. Front and rear brakes are all at about 30%.

dropped of early due to truck dying on him while driving. Was also having trouble turning the steering wheel at times. Inspected and Found – When the vehicle was dropped off, we found the water pump was leaking onto the belt, most likely causing the squeak noise concern. We will need to replace the water pump and belt. We could not find any codes and the 4×4 is working as it should for us at this time. We believe the vibration while driving is coming from wheel sticky weights missing. We recommend having the tires balanced to see if that takes care of the vibration.
